THE FALLACIOUS PUBLICATION AGAINST THE THRONE OF NGYA, KURU KPANTEN, KURU JUKUN TAKUM TAKUM.
 
According to chief Samaila Yakubu young J. P he said, 
Some hours ago there was some fallacious publication which is politically sponsored to tarnish the throne of NGYA, Kuru Kpanten, Kuru Jukun Takum. 
In the fallacious and untrue write up which has gone viral, it was stated that the Ngya has dethroned the Kuru Abonzo Zonyunu and his cabinet. 

According to Yakubu he said, he wants the public to disregard that publication because it lacks authenticity and rigidity.
 

He further said, there are two different publication, one which said, "the Secretary Bureau and chieftaincy affairs announce the dethronement of Abonzo Zonyunu and is cabinet" and the other which has it that, " Kuru Kpanten, kuru Jukun Takum has dethroned the Abonzo of Zonyunu". According to Samaila there was no document presented to him as whether the Abonzo of ZONYUNU was dethroned. 

Furthermore, he said, the title of kuru Zoonyunu is a clan head and anyone who is given that title is to represent the Kpanzun Zonyunu people. 

Samaila said, the title is not political inclined, it is a title that carries maximum respect and only the gods of the land chooses people that carried such tittle. 

He said, the title of Kuru Zonyunu was not given by any politician and no politician can dethrone the Kuru Abonzo of Zonyunu.

A member of the media team of the NYCN Takum chapter resigns

This was contained in a press statement released to newsmen on August 6, 2024. The statement explained that Indiri's resignation was born out of personal reasons. Taraba Govt Begins Construction Of Command Headquarters For Marshall.  Taraba State Commissioner for Information and Reorientation, Danjuma Adamu on Friday disclosed that the state government has embarked on the construction of command headquarters for state newly established security, (the Taraba Marshall). Adamu disclosed this during a press conference in Jalingo explained that the idea was to create a befitting atmosphere for the Marshall to help compliment the efforts of the security agencies in the fight against all forms of criminality in the state.
