You will believe with me that it is because of the honourable councillor's ever-present concern about education and things that are academic that he has been championed with these golden showers of blessings. It should be noted that resilience and doggedness pay.
He and a few others who graduated with first class merit it, as there was no good mentorship or otherwise. It came as a result of steadfastness, dedication, and resilience, to mention but a few.
The honourable councillor was from a lower class of social stratification and strived to see himself in the university despite the financial incapacitation and other discouraging variables. His optimism caused him to succeed throughout his stay at the university, even though he was far behind, while most of his secondary classmates had experienced tertiary educational life before him. He was never moved, discouraged, or even put in doubt.
His sense of humility is second to none, and he is so dedicated to the things of God, whom he attributed his source of intellect to.
Hon. Garsheya believes in hard work, dedication, perseverance, and resilience. He merited that grade. No wonder, even as the Councillor of His Ward (Tikari), he holds on to his graphic design.
Hon. Joshua Garsheya is the vibrant and eloquent honourable councillor who represents the interests of the good people of Tikari ward in Takum.
As history has it, Hon. Josh Joshua Garsheya is the first serving councillor to graduate with first class.
Congratulations, Hon. John Joshua Garsheya (Mai Tikari)
