THE OBJECTIVES OF HAJARATU YAKUBU KODIYA FOUNDATION.

1. Girl Child Education Support Funds
The Foundation shall establish and administer a Girl Child Education Support Fund to provide financial assistance, scholarships, and mentorship programs to girls pursuing education at all levels.

 2: Support Funds for Nursing Students 
The Foundation shall provide support funds for nursing students, including scholarships, grants, and other forms of financial assistance to help them pursue their education and develop their professional skills.

 3: Support Funds for Students Living with Physical Disabilities in Universities
The Foundation shall offer support funds, including scholarships and accessibility assistance, to students living with physical disabilities in universities to ensure they have equal opportunities for education and personal development.

4: Support Funds for Registration into Professional Bodies
The Foundation shall establish support funds to assist women in covering the costs associated with registration into professional bodies, enabling them to access professional development opportunities.

5: Support Funds for Exceptional Students
The Foundation shall provide support funds to exceptional female students, enabling them to pursue their education and overcome financial barriers.

 6. Supporting women in politics and governance positioning them for public services.

7. Support Funds for Sponsorships of Professional Members for the international job market 

The Foundation shall offer support funds to sponsor professional members in securing job internationally, facilitating their career advancement and exposure.

8. Support Funds for poverty alleviation activities among women and girls 
The Foundation aims to provide financial assistance and vocational training programs, with the goal of empowering women and girls to launch small businesses, ultimately reducing poverty in our target communities.

A member of the media team of the NYCN Takum chapter resigns

This was contained in a press statement released to newsmen on August 6, 2024. The statement explained that Indiri's resignation was born out of personal reasons. Taraba Govt Begins Construction Of Command Headquarters For Marshall.  Taraba State Commissioner for Information and Reorientation, Danjuma Adamu on Friday disclosed that the state government has embarked on the construction of command headquarters for state newly established security, (the Taraba Marshall). Adamu disclosed this during a press conference in Jalingo explained that the idea was to create a befitting atmosphere for the Marshall to help compliment the efforts of the security agencies in the fight against all forms of criminality in the state.
